This interactive training session is suitable for anyone who co-ordinates volunteers as part of the Good Food for All Network. Whether you are a paid member of staff or volunteer-led group.
This FREE workshop will provide tools, tips and templates to help you improve how you involve volunteers.
The session will cover:

- Difference between a Volunteer and Employee
- Volunteer motivations and national trends
- Developing volunteer roles and procedures
- Top tips for recruiting volunteers
- How to retain and support volunteers
- Dealing with volunteer problems
- Celebrating and thanking Volunteers
- Opportunity to book a 1-2-1 follow up support.
The session will be delivered by Becky Bracey, Volunteer Services Manager at TSL Kirklees. We are the accredited Volunteer Centre for Kirklees.
Tea/Coffee and snacks will be available.
